This weeks PT has been a mixture of beach work and leg focused pool work. With the current status of my shoulder pending I am being forced to lean heavily on lower body intensive workouts. I worked in several hikes this week both for active recovery but also to prep my body for a GRC this summer that I am considering doing. Two pool workouts in particular stick out, and they are listed below.
Work Out 1
Pool Push Ups, Dumbbell Row Push Ups (20lbs), 100 yrd swim
1:3 Work Rest Ratio (10 sec on 30 off for 5 minutes)
x treading water with a 20 lb dumbbell dry
